Allyson Dylan Robinson

After five years leading diversity initiatives and managing strategic partnerships in nonprofit social change settings, I now consult with companies, government agencies, and NGOs on organizational design, culture and climate, cross-cultural engagement, and social/civic entrepreneurship.

Prior to my work in diversity, I managed the learning and development staff of a multinational organization in the Middle East and Europe and led two community-based religious nonprofits – one in Portugal and the other in Texas.

I have fun finding systems that don't work, or don't work as well as they could, and then getting together with the people in them to figure out why. I like big, crazy ideas and can't resist a cause or problem everyone else has given up on.

I also love traveling, whether in my backyard in Washington, D.C. or around the world. I've spent half of my professional life outside the U.S. and really enjoy getting to know new places, new people, and new cultures.
